Prickly Pear, Oat & Marshmallow Face Oil - Dry Skin

A luxurious face oil to calm and soothe the look of skin, support skin barrier, and nourish skin. All while softening skin and helping lock in moisture to reduce dryness.

Anti-aging antioxidants help defend skin from environmental aggressors that contribute to visible signs of aging. 

This blend was built around helping dry skin with premium natural ingredients to support and protect the skin barrier, soothe, soften and help skin retain moisture - without being too heavy or greasy. Helps skin feel healthy, soft, supple and moisturized. 

The formulation uses premium cold pressed natural oils and nothing else - keeping the focus on high quality ingredients that are excelled for skin.

It contains around 55% superfood Prickly Pear Oil, which is then enhanced with soothing Avena Sativa Oat Oil, Marshmallow, and more natural good for skin ingredients. Essential fatty acids and Vitamin E help skin look heathy and hydrated and feel soft. Plus Quinoa, Avocado, Meadowfoam and Jojoba oils.

Like the Prickly Pear & Superfruits Antioxidant Face Oil, this blend is rich in superfoods and antioxidants. For a lighter feel, especially for oily skin, consider the Prickly Pear & Superfruits Antioxidant Face Oil.

KEY INGREDIENTS 

Prickly Pear Seed Oil - Soothe and calm look of skin. Support skin barrier. High Linoleic acid content helps skin retain moisture. Nutrient rich in Vitamin E, and antioxidants to fight the impact of pollution and free radicals - significant contributors to visible signs of aging. As well as Omega 6 and Omega, fatty acids, polyphenols, and phytosterols. Non-comodogenic - doesn’t clog pores. Cold Pressed.

Oat Oil (Avena Sativa) - soothes look of skin and promotes moisturized skin. May help support natural ceramide levels. Source of essential fatty acids and lipids. Helps seal in moisture and promote healthy skin barrier. Emollient. Oat oil is Gluten Free.

Marshmallow extract - soothing and helps skin retain moisture.

Quinoa Oil - softens the feel of skin and supports the skin barrier. Superfood rich in essential fatty acids (Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9). Calming. Quinoa Oil is Gluten Free.

Meadowfoam Oil - helps skin feel soft. Emollient. Locks in moisture by creating a protective barrier to keep hydration from escaping. Non-comodogenic.

Jojoba Oil - softens and form a protective barrier to keep hydration from escaping. Non-comodogenic. Jojoba and Meadowfoam penetrate deep into the skin to help unclog pores and help other ingredients penetrate.

Avocado Oil - calms, soothes, replenishes look of skin. Helps skin feel more supple and moisturized by helping prevent water loss. Emollient that helps support the skin barrier.

Sunflower Oil - soothe, calm, and replenish appearance for healthier looking skin. Also a softening emollient that helps support a healthy skin barrier and maintain hydration. Rich in antioxidant vitamin E.

Vitamin E - Tocopherols soothe and calm look of skin. Vitamin E helps protect skin and scavenge free radicals.

For those interested in customizing the scent, you have the option to customize the formulation by adding the below (or leave the product as is). Scents are from natural essential oils (not Artificial or synthetic fragrance)

• Original - No Fragrance Used. There is a natural light fruit scent that comes naturally from the cold pressed fruit oils.

• Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood. INCI: Santalum Paniculatum (Sandalwood) Oil

• Vanilla & Sandalwood. Bourbon Vanilla Absolute and Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood. INCI: Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract, Santalum Paniculatum (Sandalwood) Oil. 

• Rose Geranium. INCI: Pelargonium Roseum (Rose Geranium) Oil

• Yuzu, a non-phototoxic citrus that brings fresh lemon notes. INCI: Citrus Junos (Yuzu) Peel Oil.

• Citrus Rose.  Rose Geranium and Yuzu, See above for INCI.

• Chamomile. INCI: Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil

HOW TO USE

Directions: Apply to cleansed skin.

Scent: No fragrance is used. It naturally has.a light peppery sandalwoood-esque scent. You have the option to add an essential oil based scent.

Feel: light to medium oil (not as light as the Prickly Pear Superfruit version) for skin that feels soft.

Skin types: All skin types, dry, mature, sensitive, cracked dry skin.

Time of day: Anytime (Morning/Evening/Both)
