Refund policy

Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final. This includes samples, full size items, and back-bar sizes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Non-returnable items
Items can not be returned. This includes all personalized items and samples.

Exchanges
As products are personalized for you, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at sales@atalieneskincare.com and we will work with you to remedy the situation. 

Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we will begin the process of custom making your order, so it can not be cancelled unless the item is out of stock.
