This is a waterless formulation to deliver all these concentrated nutrients and actives without diluting. The cold-pressed oils were selected to be both non-comedogenic and support the skin barrier. The lipids help promote Retinol absorption while minimizing irritation.

KEY INGREDIENTS
0.5% Retinol or 1% Retinol - One of the most proven anti-aging ingredients and helpful for blemish prone skin. Renew and revitalizes the look of skin. Helps address the look of firmness, dark spots, blemishes, lines and wrinkles for more youthful looking skin. Promotes natural collagen. Promotes natural skin turnover, which can have an exfoliating effect to improve 'dull' looking skin and improve the appearance of uneven skin texture. Helps unclog pores for clearer looking skin.
Phospholipids - a type of lipid that creates a liposome to help enhance penetration and improve skin absorption of active ingredients like Retinol. Also an emollient that helps soften and smooth the look of skin.
Vitamin E - contained in many of the cold-pressed oils used and as bioactive Tocopherol. Helps reduce irritation from Retinol.
Bisabolol helps enhance penetration of other actives like Retinol. It soothes & calms, and reduces appearance of redness. It may help brighten and reduce the look of dark spots. It may also have antibacterial properties, which can help reduce the appearance of breakouts.
Blue Tansy - soothing, calming, helps balance and clarify. Source of Chamazulene and Bisabolol. potential calming aromatherapy benefits. Gives this serum a natural blue color.
German Chamomile - soothing antioxidant that is a source of Bisabolol.
Silymarin (Milk Thistle) Oil - helps calm, soothe, protect and nourish. Antioxidant.
Marshmallow - soothing, helps reduce look of redness, and help skin retain moisture.
Licorice - brightening and helps improve the appearance of uneven skin. Soothing, antioxidant that helps reduce the look of redness and reduce the appearance of dark spots.
Meadowsweet - Helps balance and control oil, reducing oiliness in skin. Helps calm the appearance of skin and redness. Tones and reduces appearance of pores. Source of salicylates, which are compounds similar to aspirin and salicylic acid.
Green Tea Oil - Soothing, anti-aging, source of antioxidants. May have antibacterial properties.
Camellia Tea Seed Oil - A variety of the green tea plant. Soothing, nourishing and helps lock in moisture. One of the greatest sources of antioxidants – contains more than almost any other plant oil.
Echium (Viper's Bugloss) - Anti-Aging plant oil rich in antioxidants and phospholipids to help repair and strengthen skin barrier to prevent moisture loss and irritation. Can help smooth the look of skin and fine lines. One of the richest plant sources of Omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids.
Elderberry - Superfruit that is deeply penetrating.Has antioxidant properties and is soothing.
Blueberry Extract and Blueberry Oil: Calming and anti-aging superfood. Rich in polyphenols antioxidants, which help protect skin from free radicals. Phospholipids and Vitamin E support the skin barrier and help skin maintain hydration. Another source of Vitamin C.
Cranberry - Superfruit rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, phospholipids, and skin barrier supporting fatty acids. Can soothe the look of irritated skin..
Sunflower - calm, soothe, and support the skin barrier. Lightweight. Rich in antioxidants, Vitamin E and Linoleic Acid. Supports skin’s natural moisture barrier, which reduces dehydration and trans-epidermal water loss.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride – enhances penetration of actives (helps delivery of Retinol). Emollient non-comedogenic ester that helps lighten feel, enhance spreadability, and delivery into skin. It should not be confused with fractionated Coconut Oil.

HOW TO USE
Directions: Apply to cleansed skin. Wear sunscreen in the AM.
Apply in the serum step (after any water based serums or toners, if applicable).
