Skin Barrier Face Oil with Vitamin E - for Dry Skin & Glow

A luxurious thicker facial oil ideal for combating dry skin and supporting the skin barrier. Soothe, nourish, and moisturize the look of dry skin, help reduce the look of lines and wrinkles, and gives skin a healthy looking glow.

Soothe and moisturize with premium 'super fruit' oils and the most potent form of bioavailable Vitamin E: D-Alpha Tocopherol), Avocado, Baobab, Strawberry, Watermelon, Fig, and Maracuja (aka Passion Fruit).

Lipids help fill-in gaps in the skin barrier to bring back a soft skin and a healthy look. Lipids in the oils help skin stay hydrated by locking in moisture and preventing transepidermal water loss. 

This formulation provides a natural glow. And is antioxidant and is rich in vitamins and skin nutrition.

Avocado Oil: helps plump look of fine lines, maintain hydration, and protect skin. Source of replenishing fatty acids, anti-aging antioxidants, and vitamins B, D, E.

Maracuja (Passion Fruit) Oil: Helps improve the look and feel of dry skin.  Soothes look of skin. Emollient. Helps support skin’s elasticity and reduce TEWL. Source of Vitamin E, antioxidants, Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Cold pressed, non-greasy texture.

Wild Watermelon (Kalahari) Seed Oil: Help soothe and moisturize dry skin. Emollient. Helps support a protective barrier to prevent dry skin, helping retain moisture and reduce TEWL. Non greasy. Source of Vitamin E - which supports the lipid barrier and helps skin protect itself from the elements and environmental aggressors, like cold weather.

Fig Oil: high concentration of Vitamin E and antioxidants. Source of Omega-6 fatty acids. Soothing and helps lock in moisture.

Strawberry Seed Oil: source of Vitamin E, minerals, antioxidants, and Alpha-Linolenic Acid Omega-3 fatty acids for a healthy looking complexion. Supports skin barrier. Great for dry flaking cracked skin.

Sunflower Oil: calming, helps soothe and replenish the look of skin. Supports skin barrier and helps maintain hydration.

SCENT BOOST: Optional Customization

For those interested in customizing the scent, you have the option to customize the formulation by adding the below (or leave the product as is). Scents are from natural essential oils (not Artificial or synthetic fragrance).

• Original - No Fragrance Used. There is a natural light fruit scent that comes naturally from the cold pressed fruit oils.

• Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood. INCI: Santalum Paniculatum (Sandalwood) Oil

• Vanilla & Sandalwood. Bourbon Vanilla Absolute and Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood. INCI: Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract, Santalum Paniculatum (Sandalwood) Oil. 

• Rose Geranium. INCI: Pelargonium Roseum (Rose Geranium) Oil

• Yuzu, a non-phototoxic citrus that brings fresh lemon notes. INCI: Citrus Junos (Yuzu) Peel Oil.

• Chamomile. Roman. INCI: Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil

HOW TO USE

Directions: Apply to cleansed skin.

Scent: light natural fruit scent (Watermelon, Passionfruit, Fig, Strawberry).  The scent comes entirely from the natural fruit oils. No fragrance is used.

Feel: medium thickness with a soft feel

Skin types: All skin types, dry, mature, sensitive, cracked dry skin.

Time of day: Anytime (Morning/Evening/Both)

Tips:

1. Layer over water and/or humectants and this gentle treat will help seal in the moisture.

2. Mix with your favorite moisturizer. Boost your moisturizer by combining a drop of this oil and your moisturizer in the palm of your hand, then apply. Mixing oils into moisturizer is helpful trick for those who find oils "oily" - a nice way to get the benefits, but lessen the “oiliness” feeling.

3. Antioxidant rich - apply in the morning (and follow with sunscreen) to feel protected from environmental stressors that can contribute to visible signs of aging

4. Great under makeup - helps smooth look of lines and imparts look of glowing skin.

5. Apply in the evening to wake up with soft supple looking skin.
